領(lǐng)導(dǎo)關(guān)系認(rèn)同建構(gòu)研究述評

【摘要】:目前領(lǐng)導(dǎo)有效性研究已經(jīng)從原來的"內(nèi)在、單向、靜態(tài)"視角轉(zhuǎn)向"內(nèi)外、互動(dòng)、動(dòng)態(tài)"視角,并且將"追隨者"納入研究范疇。領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者與追隨者對彼此關(guān)系的認(rèn)知、確認(rèn)與認(rèn)同是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)有效性發(fā)揮的關(guān)鍵,因此領(lǐng)導(dǎo)(關(guān)系)的實(shí)質(zhì)是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者—追隨者關(guān)系認(rèn)同建構(gòu)與發(fā)展的過程,這個(gè)過程將領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者與追隨者的關(guān)系納入實(shí)現(xiàn)某種共同的工具性目標(biāo)的行動(dòng)。本文在文獻(xiàn)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,對領(lǐng)導(dǎo)關(guān)系認(rèn)同建構(gòu)的概念、理論視角、影響因素、建構(gòu)過程及維持這幾個(gè)方面的相關(guān)研究成果進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)梳理,并針對現(xiàn)有研究所存在的不足,對該領(lǐng)域研究的未來趨勢進(jìn)行了展望,希望能為該領(lǐng)域的后續(xù)研究提供些許啟示。
[Abstract]:At present, the study of leadership effectiveness has shifted from the original "internal, unidirectional, static" perspective to "internal and external, interactive, dynamic" perspective, and "follower" into the scope of the study. The cognition, confirmation and identity of leaders and followers are the key to the effectiveness of leadership. Therefore, the essence of leadership (relationship) is the process of construction and development of leader-follower relationship identity. This process incorporates the relationship between leaders and followers into action to achieve a common instrumental goal. On the basis of literature research, this paper systematically combs the concept, theoretical perspective, influencing factors, construction process and maintenance of the related research results in the construction of leadership relationship identity, and aims at the shortcomings of the existing research, and makes a systematic research on the concept, theoretical perspective, influencing factors, construction process and maintenance of leadership relationship identity construction. The future trend of the research in this field is prospected in the hope that it can provide some enlightenment for the follow-up research in this field.
