【摘要】：正現(xiàn)代領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力理論研究表明,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)藝術(shù)包括領(lǐng)導(dǎo)決策力與領(lǐng)導(dǎo)決斷藝術(shù)、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)凝聚力與領(lǐng)導(dǎo)激勵(lì)藝術(shù)、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)執(zhí)行力與領(lǐng)導(dǎo)協(xié)調(diào)藝術(shù)、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)服務(wù)力與領(lǐng)導(dǎo)用權(quán)藝術(shù)、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)形象魅力與言語表達(dá)藝術(shù)、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)媒體溝通力與危機(jī)應(yīng)對(duì)藝術(shù)、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)創(chuàng)新力與推動(dòng)改革藝術(shù)等方面。鄧小平同志提出"領(lǐng)導(dǎo)就是服務(wù)"論斷,說明領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的本質(zhì)就是服務(wù),領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部的角色就是人民群眾的公仆。因此,把領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和管理融入服務(wù)之中就是最管用的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)藝術(shù)。
