【摘要】：正同級(jí)關(guān)系既是天然的合作關(guān)系,又是潛在的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)關(guān)系。同級(jí)間往往受多種因素的影響而難以和睦共事,甚至關(guān)系搞得比較僵,產(chǎn)生怨恨情緒。一旦同級(jí)變成"兩極",這種怨恨情緒就會(huì)成為一種負(fù)能量,使上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)為難,讓下級(jí)職工畏難,不僅有礙自身進(jìn)步,也會(huì)阻礙事業(yè)發(fā)展。相反,如果怨恨情緒能夠得到及時(shí)調(diào)節(jié)和妥善處理,同級(jí)之間就能融洽相處,默契配合,減少不必要的內(nèi)耗,進(jìn)一步增強(qiáng)向心力和凝聚力,使工作和事業(yè)朝著有利的方向發(fā)展。從當(dāng)事人的角度分析,同級(jí)間怨恨情緒的產(chǎn)生情境與消解策
[Abstract]:Positive peer relationship is not only a natural cooperation relationship, but also a potential competition relationship. Peers are often affected by a variety of factors that make it difficult to work harmoniously, even with stiff relationships and resentment. Once the same level becomes "bipolar", this resentment will become a negative energy, make the superior leaders difficult, let the subordinate workers afraid of difficulties, not only hinder their own progress, but also hinder career development. On the contrary, if resentment can be adjusted and properly dealt with in a timely manner, the same level can get along well, cooperate tacitly, reduce unnecessary internal friction, further strengthen the centripetal force and cohesion, and make the work and career develop in a favorable direction. From the point of view of the parties, the situation of the generation of resentment among the same level and the solutions to it are discussed.
