【摘要】：正單位內(nèi)部人際關(guān)系,也就是同事關(guān)系,包括普通同事關(guān)系和上下級關(guān)系兩種類型。上下級關(guān)系本質(zhì)上也是一種同事關(guān)系,是同事關(guān)系的特殊形態(tài)。與普通同事關(guān)系相比,上下級關(guān)系對單位和干部職工個人的影響更大。上下級能否處理好彼此關(guān)系,對于建立良性人際環(huán)境、營造單位和諧氛圍、提升整體工作效能具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:Positive unit internal interpersonal relationship, that is, coworker relations, including the ordinary colleague relationship and superior and subordinate relationship two types. The relationship between superior and subordinate is also a kind of colleague relationship, which is a special form of colleague relationship. Compared with ordinary colleagues, the relationship between higher and lower levels has a greater impact on units and individual cadres and workers. It is of great significance to establish a benign interpersonal environment, to create a harmonious atmosphere and to improve the overall work efficiency.
