【摘要】：正柔性領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的開發(fā)不同于一般領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的開發(fā)。柔性領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力開發(fā)的實(shí)質(zhì)在于柔性力量的開發(fā),而柔性的力量不是一般的權(quán)力力量。柔性的力量主要表現(xiàn)為親和力的非職務(wù)影響力、文化的力量以及誠信的力量。從這個(gè)意義上說,柔性領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的開發(fā)就是親和力的開發(fā)、文化力的開發(fā)以及誠信力的開發(fā)。實(shí)質(zhì)之一:親和力的開發(fā)柔性領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的開發(fā)首先是親和力的開發(fā)。這是由柔性領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的本質(zhì)特征所決定
[Abstract]:The development of positive flexible leadership is different from that of general leadership.
