【摘要】：正日常工作中總存在一些善于阿諛奉承、溜須拍馬的人,也就是通常所稱的"馬屁精",他們想盡一切辦法揣摩領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的心思,迎合領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的意圖。一些領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者在阿諛奉承的輪番"攻擊"下飄飄然起來,工作失去了判斷力,決策也受到了干擾。甚至有一些領(lǐng)導(dǎo)似中了催眠術(shù),被"馬屁精"所左右,對(duì)他們言聽計(jì)從、恩寵有加。這種"領(lǐng)導(dǎo)風(fēng)范"更加助長了阿諛之風(fēng)的盛行。明智的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)應(yīng)當(dāng)巧妙應(yīng)對(duì)"馬屁精"下屬,把"馬屁精"現(xiàn)象轉(zhuǎn)化為正能量。
[Abstract]:There are always people who are good at flattery and flattery in their daily work, often known as "flatterers," who try everything they can to figure out the minds of the leaders and cater to their intentions. Some leaders floated under the swagger of flattery, lost judgment at work and interfered in their decisions. Even some leaders seem to be hypnotized, "flatterer" around, obedient to them, grace. This kind of "leadership style" has contributed to the prevalence of flattery. Wise leaders should skillfully deal with the underlings of the polisher and turn the phenomenon into positive energy.
