【摘要】:正一、問題提出本尼斯曾經(jīng)說過:"沒有偉大的追隨者就沒有偉大的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者。"組織內(nèi)部追隨者比例遠(yuǎn)超領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者,因此,學(xué)者Kellerman提出"追隨者是組織成敗的決定性因素"。但是社會(huì)和組織環(huán)境中領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力文化受到普遍推崇,追隨者被動(dòng)、消極的固有思維仍未打破。領(lǐng)導(dǎo)風(fēng)格與領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力影響組織發(fā)展方向,但領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力發(fā)揮需要領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者與追隨者的互動(dòng)行為。領(lǐng)導(dǎo)科學(xué)關(guān)于追隨過程和追隨力形成的研究,經(jīng)歷了領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者或追隨者單一視角到領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者與追
[Abstract]:Just one, the question asked Bennis once said: "there is no great follower there is no great leader." The proportion of followers within an organization is much higher than that of a leader. Therefore, Kellerman, a scholar, argues that "follower is the decisive factor in the success or failure of the organization." But in the social and organizational environment, leadership culture is generally respected, followers are passive and negative inherent thinking has not been broken. Leadership style and leadership ability influence the direction of organizational development, but leadership performance requires the interaction of leaders and followers. The study of the process of following and the formation of the following force in leadership science, experiencing a single perspective from the leader or follower to the leader and the follower.
