基于超對(duì)策理論的信息安全研究——以美國(guó)“棱鏡門”事件為例

【摘要】:本文以美國(guó)"棱鏡門"事件為例,基于超對(duì)策理論對(duì)信息安全問題進(jìn)行研究。文章首先分析決策者的偏好信息,基于一階超對(duì)策理論構(gòu)建信息安全模型;進(jìn)而在二階超對(duì)策理論下,運(yùn)用沖突分析決策支持系統(tǒng)作為輔助處理工具,區(qū)分了基于局勢(shì)和基于策略的超對(duì)策穩(wěn)定性分析方法;最后通過對(duì)偏好擾動(dòng)距離的定義,說明偏好認(rèn)知錯(cuò)誤對(duì)均衡解的影響,分析和度量超對(duì)策理論均衡結(jié)局的魯棒性,為穩(wěn)定后分析提供決策支持。本文的研究從沖突的角度分析信息安全問題,給出一種合理的、有效的思路,同時(shí)為決策者處理可能面臨的信息安全問題提供參考。
[Abstract]:Taking the Prism Gate event as an example, this paper studies information security based on hypergame theory. In this paper, the preference information of decision makers is analyzed, and the information security model is constructed based on the first-order hypergame theory, and then the conflict analysis decision support system is used as the assistant processing tool under the second-order hypergame theory. The stability analysis method of hypergame based on situation and strategy is distinguished. Finally, through the definition of preference perturbation distance, the influence of preference cognitive error on equilibrium solution is explained, and the robustness of equilibrium outcome of hypergame theory is analyzed and measured. Provide decision support for stable post-analysis. In this paper, we analyze the problem of information security from the angle of conflict, give a reasonable and effective way of thinking, and provide a reference for decision makers to deal with the possible problems of information security.
