領(lǐng)導(dǎo)風(fēng)格、差錯(cuò)取向與員工創(chuàng)新行為關(guān)系研究

【摘要】:正一、引言隨著知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)的深入發(fā)展,創(chuàng)新越來(lái)越成為企業(yè)發(fā)展壯大的基礎(chǔ)和源泉。而推動(dòng)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新的核心力量無(wú)疑是員工的創(chuàng)新能力。對(duì)于如何激發(fā)員工的創(chuàng)新行為,理論界普遍認(rèn)為,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)風(fēng)格是影響員工創(chuàng)新行為的重要因素之一。領(lǐng)導(dǎo)風(fēng)格可以通過(guò)兩種途徑來(lái)影響員工的創(chuàng)新行為,一是直接通過(guò)激勵(lì)來(lái)促進(jìn)員工創(chuàng)新行為的提升,二是間接通過(guò)組織創(chuàng)新氛圍、組織差錯(cuò)管理等來(lái)促進(jìn)員工創(chuàng)新行為的發(fā)生。過(guò)去的研究過(guò)多地關(guān)注組織
[Abstract]:First, with the further development of knowledge economy, innovation is becoming the foundation and source of enterprise development. And the core force of promoting enterprise innovation is undoubtedly the innovation ability of employees. As to how to stimulate employees' innovation behavior, it is generally believed that leadership style is one of the important factors that affect employees' innovation behavior. Leadership style can influence employees' innovation behavior through two ways, one is to promote employees' innovation behavior directly through incentives, the other is to indirectly promote employee innovation behavior through organizational innovation atmosphere, organizational error management and so on.
