【摘要】："隱權(quán)力"近來(lái)廣受學(xué)者和專(zhuān)家們的熱議和關(guān)注�；鶎宇I(lǐng)導(dǎo)者的"隱權(quán)力"與其權(quán)力影響力是互動(dòng)的,在我國(guó)深化政府機(jī)構(gòu)改革的過(guò)程中,基層領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者工作的群眾性就是要求領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者們所進(jìn)行的工作肯定要以群眾作為中心,要不斷的依靠群眾和發(fā)動(dòng)群眾,堅(jiān)持從群眾中來(lái),到群眾中去,多傾聽(tīng)群眾心聲,提升"隱權(quán)力"的影響力。
[Abstract]:Hidden power has been widely discussed and paid attention by scholars and experts recently. The "hidden power" of the leaders at the grassroots level is interactive with their influence of power. In the process of deepening the reform of government institutions in China, the mass nature of the work of the leaders at the grass-roots level requires that the work carried out by the leaders must be centered on the masses. We must constantly rely on and mobilize the masses, persist in coming from and among the masses, listen more to the voices of the masses, and enhance the influence of "hidden power."
