【摘要】：領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的研究視角有影響力視角、法理視角、情商視角、歷史視角、執(zhí)行視角、群體視角、內(nèi)在動力視角、要素路徑研究等多個視角和路徑,呈現(xiàn)出多學(xué)科交融共進、多領(lǐng)域交叉互動的時代特征與潮流。領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的研究必須上升到戰(zhàn)略的高度,特別是聚焦于戰(zhàn)略領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力研究這一關(guān)系頂層設(shè)計和人類命運共同體的戰(zhàn)略高度。本文從領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力研究的導(dǎo)向之爭中尋求領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力研究的創(chuàng)新路徑,在對戰(zhàn)略的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)理論脈絡(luò)與概念分析基礎(chǔ)上,探究戰(zhàn)略領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力這一亟待深入研究的新視閾,并提出戰(zhàn)略領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的實踐聚焦與維度研究。
[Abstract]:The research perspective of leadership has many perspectives and paths, such as influential perspective, legal perspective, emotional intelligence perspective, historical perspective, executive perspective, group perspective, intrinsic motive angle, factor path research and so on. The time characteristic and trend of multi-domain cross-interaction. The study of leadership must rise to the level of strategy, especially focusing on the study of strategic leadership, which is the top-level design of the relationship and the strategic height of the community of human destiny. In this paper, we seek the innovative path of leadership research from the perspective of leadership research. On the basis of the theoretical context and conceptual analysis of strategic leadership, we explore the new perspective of strategic leadership, which needs to be studied in depth. And put forward the practice focus and dimension research of strategic leadership.
