【摘要】：從古至今,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者要素都是東西方學(xué)者研究的內(nèi)容。如果將中國古代《孫子兵法》提出的為將五德、西方現(xiàn)代心理學(xué)的積極心理學(xué)六大美德、蓋洛普優(yōu)勢提出管理者優(yōu)勢34項,這三套體系進(jìn)行要素指標(biāo)分析比較,我們可以在為將五德邏輯框架下建立心理學(xué)二級指標(biāo)體系。用邏輯推理得出的為將五德,與用分析歸納法得出的六大美德體系以及用羅列與檢驗方法得出的蓋洛普優(yōu)勢體系的指標(biāo)具有高度相似性。這種研究成果是一組在中國抽象概念下的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者要素的具象心理學(xué)指標(biāo)體系,更加具備可學(xué)習(xí)性及可評測性。對領(lǐng)導(dǎo)學(xué)的研究和應(yīng)用有較大意義。
[Abstract]:From ancient times to the present, the elements of the leaders are the contents of the study of the eastern and Western scholars. If the six virtues of the positive psychology of the five virtues and the western modern psychology were put forward in ancient China, the six virtues of the positive psychology of western modern psychology and the advantages of the managers were 34, and the three systems were compared. The two level index system of psychology is set up under the frame. It is highly similar to the six virtues, which are obtained by the analysis and induction, as well as the index of Gallup's superiority system obtained by the method of enumeration and test. This research result is a group of leaders' concrete core elements under the abstract concept of China. The index system of science is more capable of learning and evaluation. It is of great significance to the research and application of leadership.
