基于GMCR-NPAWLAK混合模型的沖突分析研究

【摘要】:沖突分析圖模型中,決策者的態(tài)度只有肯定和否定兩種,實際問題中往往不止兩種;新PAWLAK沖突模型(NPAWLAK模型)將沖突系統(tǒng)中決策者的三種態(tài)度擴展到?jīng)Q策爭端的三種程度,符合實際情況,因而研究沖突系統(tǒng)中決策者的偏好排序和全局可行方案對決策者的策略選擇具有重要意義。本文在NPAWLAK模型的基礎上,引入沖突分析圖模型理論(GMCR),提出GMCR-NPAWLAK沖突分析混合模型。該混合模型首先拓展和改進的策略優(yōu)先排序法,實現(xiàn)了沖突系統(tǒng)中各決策者的客觀偏好排序;同時,模型給出了全局可行方案的算法,該算法依據(jù)決策者的偏好排序分析結果找出系統(tǒng)的全局可行方案。最后,本文以某企業(yè)勞資關系的NPAWLAK沖突為例,對沖突系統(tǒng)進行建模和偏好分析,得到了沖突各方的偏好序列和全局可行方案,同時驗證了混合模型的有效性。
[Abstract]:In the conflict analysis graph model, there are only positive and negative attitudes of the decision-makers, but there are often more than two kinds of practical problems. The new PAWLAK conflict model (NPAWLAK model) extends the three attitudes of the decision-makers in the conflict system to the three levels of decision-making disputes. In accordance with the actual situation, it is important to study the preference ranking and global feasible scheme of the decision makers in the conflict system. On the basis of NPAWLAK model, this paper introduces the theory of conflict analysis graph model (GMCR), to put forward the mixed model of GMCR-NPAWLAK conflict analysis. The mixed model firstly extends and improves the strategy priority method to realize the objective preference ranking of the decision makers in the conflict system, and at the same time, the algorithm of the globally feasible scheme is given. The global feasible scheme of the system is found based on the results of the preference ranking analysis of the decision makers. Finally, taking the NPAWLAK conflict of an enterprise's labor relations as an example, the conflict system is modeled and analyzed, and the preference sequence and the global feasible scheme of the conflicting parties are obtained, and the validity of the hybrid model is verified.
