中國情境下團(tuán)隊(duì)倫理決策的過程機(jī)制及影響因素

【摘要】:盡管絕大多數(shù)商業(yè)倫理決策都是由團(tuán)隊(duì)而非個(gè)人所做出的,但目前對(duì)團(tuán)隊(duì)倫理決策的研究還很少,尤其缺乏基于理論的深入研究。在前人研究的基礎(chǔ)上,借鑒個(gè)體倫理決策和團(tuán)隊(duì)決策方面的研究成果,結(jié)合中國文化強(qiáng)調(diào)反省、中庸、威權(quán)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)等特點(diǎn),我們對(duì)團(tuán)隊(duì)倫理決策的過程機(jī)制及影響因素的作用模式展開理論驅(qū)動(dòng)的深入研究。具體來講,將綜合利用多種方法來進(jìn)行兩個(gè)方面的4項(xiàng)子研究。在團(tuán)隊(duì)倫理決策的過程機(jī)制方面,擬開展團(tuán)隊(duì)倫理決策的過程機(jī)制模型構(gòu)建研究,然后聚焦于團(tuán)隊(duì)倫理決策和個(gè)體倫理決策的核心區(qū)別,展開基于社會(huì)決策圖式理論的團(tuán)隊(duì)倫理決策觀點(diǎn)整合機(jī)制研究;在團(tuán)隊(duì)倫理決策的影響因素作用模式方面,擬從成員和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)兩個(gè)方面來進(jìn)行:基于信息加工和團(tuán)隊(duì)沖突的成員多樣性對(duì)團(tuán)隊(duì)倫理決策的影響機(jī)制研究,基于信息取樣模型的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)特征對(duì)團(tuán)隊(duì)倫理決策的影響機(jī)制研究。
[Abstract]:Although the majority of business ethical decisions are made by teams rather than individuals, there are few researches on team ethical decisions, especially on the basis of theory. On the basis of previous studies, drawing lessons from the research results of individual ethical decision-making and team decision-making, combining with the characteristics of Chinese culture, such as introspection, moderation, authoritarian leadership, etc. We deeply study the process mechanism of team ethical decision and the action mode of influencing factors. Specifically, four sub-studies of two aspects will be carried out synthetically using multiple methods. In the aspect of the process mechanism of team ethical decision, the research on the process mechanism model of team ethical decision is carried out, and then focus on the core difference between team ethical decision and individual ethical decision. The research on the integration mechanism of team ethical decision based on the schema theory of social decision is carried out, and the model of influencing factors of team ethical decision is discussed. It is proposed to study the influence mechanism of member diversity on team ethical decision-making based on information processing and team conflict, and the influence mechanism of leadership characteristics based on information sampling model on team ethical decision-making.
