【摘要】：正孫海平110米跨欄肯定沒有劉翔快,但孫海平是劉翔的師傅;格倫·米爾斯與博爾特進(jìn)行100米短跑比賽,那么博爾特閉著眼睛都能跑贏,但格倫·米爾斯是博爾特的教練。這就提出了一個(gè)現(xiàn)實(shí)課題——人有時(shí)須拜能力不如自己之人為師。在現(xiàn)實(shí)中,總能聽到一些這樣的詰問:為什么要拜經(jīng)歷不如我的人為師?有的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)可能經(jīng)歷了多崗位鍛煉,甚至是從上級(jí)機(jī)關(guān)或者總部而來,而有的班子成員可能一直在基層工作,那么這些領(lǐng)導(dǎo)就可能對(duì)經(jīng)
[Abstract]:Sun Haiping is certainly not as fast as Liu Xiang in the 110 meter hurdle, but Sun Haiping is Liu Xiang's master; Glenn Mills can win the 100-meter dash with Bolt with his eyes closed, but Glenn Mills is Bolt's coach. This raises a realistic question that people sometimes have to learn from people who are not as competent as themselves. In reality, you can always hear some of these heckles: why should I worship people who are not as experienced as me? Some leaders may have experienced multi-post training, even from higher authorities or headquarters, while some team members may have been working at the grass-roots level.
