【摘要】：近年,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者不當(dāng)督導(dǎo)行為引起的惡性事件頻發(fā),引發(fā)廣泛關(guān)注。領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者不當(dāng)督導(dǎo)行為不僅會(huì)影響員工心理健康、引發(fā)員工攻擊行為,也會(huì)破壞企業(yè)和諧勞動(dòng)關(guān)系。本文從領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、下屬和環(huán)境三個(gè)角度分析了不當(dāng)督導(dǎo)行為產(chǎn)生的原因,提出了相應(yīng)的對(duì)策,即優(yōu)化領(lǐng)導(dǎo)管理方式、加強(qiáng)員工培訓(xùn)、培育企業(yè)公平和諧文化。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the frequent occurrence of malignant incidents caused by improper leadership supervision has aroused widespread concern. Improper supervision by leaders will not only affect the mental health of employees, cause employees to attack behavior, but also destroy harmonious labor relations. This paper analyzes the causes of improper supervision from three aspects of leadership, subordinates and environment, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures, that is, to optimize the management mode of leadership, to strengthen staff training, and to foster a fair and harmonious culture in enterprises.
