【摘要】：正"一只羊帶領(lǐng)的狼群一定會(huì)被一只狼所帶領(lǐng)的羊群打敗",這是管理學(xué)中對(duì)于領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者能力的強(qiáng)調(diào),尤其是能力卓著者,在組織發(fā)展中更是具備無可替代的引領(lǐng)與激勵(lì)作用。但客觀而言,卓越領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者的優(yōu)秀特質(zhì)雖然在工作中得以充分體現(xiàn),卻并不意味著其完美無缺,作為獨(dú)立的個(gè)體,思維與認(rèn)知的有限性同樣決定了其必須始終保持學(xué)習(xí)與提升態(tài)勢(shì),方能實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)卓越能力的維系,否則,一旦其思想、行為出現(xiàn)偏差,就會(huì)導(dǎo)致整個(gè)組織發(fā)展方向
[Abstract]:"the wolves led by a sheep will surely be defeated by the sheep led by a wolf." this is the emphasis on leadership ability in management, especially for those who have outstanding abilities, and have an irreplaceable leading and encouraging role in organizational development. But objectively speaking, the outstanding qualities of outstanding leaders, while fully embodied in their work, do not mean that they are perfect as independent individuals. The limitation of thinking and cognition also determines that it must always maintain the situation of learning and promotion in order to maintain the ability of excellence. Otherwise, once its thinking and behavior deviate, it will lead to the development direction of the whole organization.
