【摘要】：服務(wù)型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)是近年來(lái)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)學(xué)和管理學(xué)關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題。自美國(guó)學(xué)者Patterson于2003年提出比較嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)姆⻊?wù)性領(lǐng)導(dǎo)理論模型以來(lái),該理論模型得到了學(xué)術(shù)界廣泛的關(guān)注和進(jìn)一步的研究。探討了服務(wù)型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)最初的理論模型以及在此基礎(chǔ)上演化出的其他服務(wù)型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)理論模型的發(fā)展過(guò)程,可以看出,未來(lái)應(yīng)進(jìn)一步探索本土化服務(wù)型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)模式。
[Abstract]:Service-oriented leadership is a hot issue of leadership and management in recent years. Since Patterson, an American scholar, put forward a more rigorous service leadership theory model in 2003, the theoretical model has received extensive attention and further research in academic circles. This paper discusses the initial theoretical model of service-oriented leadership and the development process of other service-oriented leadership models based on it. It can be seen that the localization of service-oriented leadership model should be further explored in the future.
