【摘要】：正近年來,各行各業(yè)的就業(yè)環(huán)境飛速變化,除了需要專門職業(yè)技能以外,也越來越需要諸如敏捷的應(yīng)對、創(chuàng)意以及自我學(xué)習(xí)等靈活的能力。很難定義怎樣的人才是未來社會最需要的,但有一點共識和共性就是,無論處于何種崗位,無論從事怎樣的管理工作,都需要一個好的自我領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者。也就是說,需要一個具有高度的自我認(rèn)知、自我尊重、靈活應(yīng)變、學(xué)習(xí)力強、能夠應(yīng)對危機的人。自我領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力,簡而言之,就是更好地去學(xué)習(xí)并了解自身
[Abstract]:In recent years, the employment environment in various industries has changed rapidly. In addition to the need for specialized vocational skills, there is also a growing need for flexible abilities such as agile response, creativity and self-learning. It is difficult to define what kind of talent is most needed in the future society, but there is a common understanding and commonality is that no matter what position, no matter what kind of management work, all need a good self-leadership. In other words, there is a need for a person with a high degree of self-awareness, self-respect, flexibility, learning ability and ability to cope with crises. Self-leadership, in short, is to learn and understand yourself better.
