【摘要】：正一、道德型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)及其主要影響道德型領(lǐng)導(dǎo),最早被哲學家們認為是道德領(lǐng)導(dǎo)應(yīng)有的行為。后來,道德型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)作為一個獨立的概念被提出。它不同于純粹的道德行為,也不同于其他包含道德成分的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力理論(Mayeretal.,2009)。Trevino等(2000)發(fā)現(xiàn)道德型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)具有兩個重要的維度:道德的人和道德的管理者。Brown,Trevino和Harrison(2005)通過相關(guān)實驗進一步研究了道德型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的前因后果,把道德型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)定義為
