【摘要】：正針對領(lǐng)導工作中權(quán)力濫用、權(quán)力腐敗等嚴重問題,黨中央在加大反腐力度和嚴格紀律要求的同時,提出和實施"重大決策終身責任追究制度及責任倒查機制"。責任強化和追責制度的制定及實施,對領(lǐng)導干部權(quán)力"任性"、決策"任性"起到了有力的震懾和規(guī)
[Abstract]:In view of the serious problems such as abuse of power and corruption of power in leading work, the CPC Central Committee has put forward and implemented the "system of investigation of Lifetime responsibility for Major Decision-Making and the Mechanism of responsibility reverse investigation" while strengthening anti-corruption efforts and strict discipline requirements. The formulation and implementation of the system of strengthening and pursuing responsibility for responsibility has played a powerful role in deterring and regulating leading cadres' power "willfulness" and decision-making "willfulness".
