【摘要】：針對多指標(biāo)多標(biāo)度大群體決策問題,提出一種基于隨機(jī)占優(yōu)準(zhǔn)則的決策方法。將參與決策人針對各指標(biāo)給出的方案評價信息轉(zhuǎn)化為關(guān)于指標(biāo)評價標(biāo)度的概率分布,然后依據(jù)隨機(jī)占優(yōu)準(zhǔn)則判斷并確定兩兩方案之間比較所具有的隨機(jī)占優(yōu)關(guān)系,并構(gòu)建相應(yīng)的隨機(jī)占優(yōu)關(guān)系矩陣。在此基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用PROMETHEE Ⅱ方法得到方案的排序結(jié)果。實(shí)例分析表明,所提出的方法具有可行性和有效性。
[Abstract]:A decision making method based on stochastic dominance criterion is proposed for large group decision making problem with multiple parameters and multiple scales.
