【摘要】:正處置下屬過(guò)錯(cuò)是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者的權(quán)力和責(zé)任。本著對(duì)工作、對(duì)團(tuán)隊(duì)其他成員負(fù)責(zé)的原則,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者有必要對(duì)下屬的過(guò)錯(cuò)及時(shí)有效地進(jìn)行處理。到底如何處置下屬過(guò)錯(cuò)呢?儒家中庸仁義,主張道德感化;法家強(qiáng)勢(shì)霸道,主張以力嚴(yán)懲;兵家理智善謀,講究審時(shí)度勢(shì)。本文以儒為筋,以法為骨,借兵家之略,探求領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者處置下屬過(guò)錯(cuò)的要略。
[Abstract]:It is the leader's power and responsibility to deal with subordinates' fault. In line with the principle of accountability to other team members, leaders need to deal with subordinates' mistakes in a timely and effective manner. How to deal with subordinates in the end? Confucian doctrine of benevolence and righteousness advocates moral influence; Legalists are strong and domineering and advocate severe punishment with force; soldiers are rational and prudent and pay attention to judging the situation. This article takes Confucianism as the reinforcement and the law as the bone.
