AHP決策方案集合的構(gòu)造方法與初選方法研究

【摘要】: 層次分析法是一種應(yīng)用廣泛的決策方法,F(xiàn)有AHP分析方法將目標(biāo)的層次分析和備選方案的構(gòu)造視為兩個(gè)彼此不相關(guān)的獨(dú)立過(guò)程,割裂了它們之間的系統(tǒng)聯(lián)系。另外,AHP對(duì)方案的評(píng)價(jià)主要依據(jù)的是方案產(chǎn)生的效益,對(duì)方案的投入產(chǎn)出效率或相對(duì)效率并沒(méi)有予以考慮。這樣最終可能會(huì)影響方案排序的科學(xué)合理性,從而導(dǎo)致決策失誤。為克服上述缺陷,論文利用功能 結(jié)構(gòu)樹(shù)原理和正交試驗(yàn)技術(shù)給出了備選方案集合的構(gòu)造方法。該方法能夠確保備選方案分布的均衡性,有利于實(shí)現(xiàn)方案排序與方案選擇的科學(xué)性。在此基礎(chǔ)上,論文利用DEA模型對(duì)備選方案集合中的各個(gè)方案進(jìn)行了相對(duì)效率評(píng)價(jià),并基于爬山原理及循序漸進(jìn)原則利用模擬退火方法對(duì)相對(duì)效率較差的方案進(jìn)行了改進(jìn),之后將改進(jìn)后的方案與原來(lái)的有效方案一起再次進(jìn)行相對(duì)效率評(píng)價(jià),并將該次評(píng)價(jià)得出的相對(duì)有效方案定義為AHP決策方案集合的優(yōu)選子集。由于該優(yōu)選子集不僅實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)原有方案的合理擴(kuò)充,而且其中所有的方案都是具有pareto最優(yōu)性的相對(duì)有效方案,因此可以保證后續(xù)AHP分析的對(duì)象即待評(píng)價(jià)方案的數(shù)量和質(zhì)量。最后,結(jié)合一個(gè)新產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)的實(shí)例,對(duì)前文提出的方法體系進(jìn)行了應(yīng)用研究。應(yīng)用研究結(jié)果表明,論文所提出的AHP備選方案集合構(gòu)造方法和初選方法具有較好的實(shí)際應(yīng)用可操作性。
[Abstract]:Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is a widely used decision-making method. The existing AHP analysis methods treat the hierarchical analysis and alternative construction of the target as two independent processes which are independent of each other and separate the systematic relationship between them. In addition, the evaluation of the scheme by AHP is mainly based on the benefit of the scheme, and the input-output efficiency or relative efficiency of the scheme is not considered. This may ultimately affect the scientific reasonableness of program sequencing and lead to decision-making errors. In order to overcome the above defects, the method of constructing alternative scheme set is presented by using the principle of functional structure tree and orthogonal test technique. This method can ensure the equilibrium of the distribution of alternative schemes, and is beneficial to the realization of the scientific arrangement and selection of alternatives. On this basis, DEA model is used to evaluate the relative efficiency of each scheme in the set of alternative schemes, and based on the principle of mountain climbing and step by step principle, simulated annealing method is used to improve the scheme with low relative efficiency. Then the improved scheme and the original effective scheme are evaluated again, and the relative effective scheme is defined as the optimal subset of the AHP decision plan set. Since the optimal subset not only extends the original scheme reasonably, but also all of the schemes are relatively effective schemes with pareto optimality, it can guarantee the quantity and quality of the following AHP analysis object, that is, the scheme to be evaluated. Finally, an example of new product development is given to study the application of the proposed method system. The application results show that the set construction method and primary selection method of AHP alternatives proposed in this paper are feasible in practical application.
