【摘要】：在救災(zāi)物資供給災(zāi)民人數(shù)最大化的前提下,提出最小化運(yùn)輸重量的決策方法.首先給出救災(zāi)物資替換關(guān)系和搭配關(guān)系的定義,并對(duì)救災(zāi)物資運(yùn)輸問題進(jìn)行形式化描述;然后建立兩階段整數(shù)規(guī)劃模型,并研究分解為子問題的方法;最后考慮救災(zāi)物資的數(shù)量存在不確定關(guān)系,分兩種情況進(jìn)行仿真實(shí)驗(yàn).結(jié)果表明,通過描述救災(zāi)物資的結(jié)構(gòu),可以改善救災(zāi)效果,提高救災(zāi)物資運(yùn)輸效率.
[Abstract]:On the premise of maximizing the number of disaster victims, a decision method to minimize the transport weight is proposed. Firstly, the paper gives the definitions of the replacement relation and collocation relation of disaster relief materials, and formalizes the transportation of disaster relief materials, and then establishes a two-stage integer programming model, and studies the method of decomposing into sub-problems. Finally, considering the uncertain relationship of the quantity of relief materials, the simulation experiment is carried out in two cases. The results show that by describing the structure of relief materials, the relief effect can be improved and the transportation efficiency of relief materials can be improved.
