【摘要】:正隨著時代的變遷,組織領導模式在不斷地發(fā)展和變革。領導者的"滑鐵盧"時代似乎已經(jīng)到來,領導力的弱化與追隨力的興起已是不可逆轉的趨勢。在這個組織結構流行幾乎扁平到?jīng)]有領導者程度的時代,"領導職位上的成員"應當如何進行變革以適應環(huán)境形勢發(fā)展的需要呢?我們要從注視追隨力的新思路中尋找出路,構建起追隨力、領導力良性作用下的協(xié)作型領導模式。一、注視追隨力追隨力是一種與領導力相反的、引導組織前進的、自下而上的力,其自下而上的特征導致其在以往的組織
[Abstract]:With the change of times, the mode of organizational leadership is developing and changing. The "Waterloo" era of leaders seems to have arrived, and the weakening of leadership and the rise of following force are irreversible trends. In an age when organizational structures are almost flat to the point of no leadership, how should the "members of leadership positions" change to meet the needs of environmental developments? We should find a way out from the new way of looking at the following force, and construct the cooperative leadership mode under the positive role of the leadership. One, the following force of fixation is the opposite of leadership, the bottom-up force that leads the organization forward, and its bottom-up characteristics lead to the organization in the past.
