【摘要】:正"老鼠給貓掛鈴鐺",形容啃硬骨頭、挑重?fù)?dān)子。一項(xiàng)極具挑戰(zhàn)性的工作,如若無(wú)人敢于承擔(dān)和完成,即使想法再好,工作也難以落實(shí),目標(biāo)也無(wú)法實(shí)現(xiàn)。作為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部,該如何激勵(lì)下屬承擔(dān)和完成挑戰(zhàn)性強(qiáng)的工作?這個(gè)話題引人思考。筆者認(rèn)為,要重點(diǎn)把握以下幾點(diǎn)。一要放下"架子",學(xué)會(huì)尊重。尊重是一種最人性化、人本化的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)方式,也是最有效的激勵(lì)手段之一。以尊重、重視下屬的方式來(lái)激勵(lì)他們承擔(dān)并完成任務(wù),其作用遠(yuǎn)比物質(zhì)上的激勵(lì)要來(lái)得更持久、更有效,F(xiàn)實(shí)工作中我們不難發(fā)現(xiàn),
