【摘要】：學(xué)術(shù)界對(duì)同級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)關(guān)系特征有著不同的理解。筆者以為,同級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)關(guān)系具有天然的激烈競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性、自然的密切合作性和天性的顯著依存性。基于同級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)關(guān)系特征的關(guān)系協(xié)調(diào)中的思想政治工作,主要是引導(dǎo)同級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者認(rèn)識(shí)、把握、運(yùn)用同級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)關(guān)系的特征,引導(dǎo)同級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者融競(jìng)爭(zhēng)與合作于一體,引導(dǎo)同級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者從同級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)關(guān)系特征角度建設(shè)共存體。
[Abstract]:The academic circles have different understanding of the characteristics of the leadership relationship at the same level. The author thinks that the leadership relationship at the same level is naturally competitive. The ideological and political work in the relationship coordination based on the characteristics of the leadership relationship at the same level is mainly to guide the leaders at the same level to understand, grasp and apply the characteristics of the leadership relationship at the same level. To guide the leaders of the same level to integrate competition and cooperation, and to guide the leaders of the same level to build the coexistence from the perspective of the characteristics of the leadership relations at the same level.
