【摘要】：正互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時代的決策轉(zhuǎn)型在傳統(tǒng)簡單的社會結(jié)構(gòu)中,極少數(shù)精英作決策、大多數(shù)人執(zhí)行具有合理性。自互聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)生以來,社會結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)生深刻變化,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時代四個方面的特征對傳統(tǒng)決策模式構(gòu)成日益嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn)。信息的高速流動。傳統(tǒng)的廣播、報紙、電視等媒體基本上屬于單向傳播。早期的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)媒體使得信息傳播速度與便捷性顯著提高,但仍以單向為主。移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)則是自媒體占據(jù)主流,信息流去中心化,每個人都是受眾,每個人也都可能是傳播者。在這種背景下,決策
[Abstract]:The transformation of decision-making in the Internet age is in the traditional simple social structure, in which a very small number of elites make decisions, and most of them have a reasonable execution. Since the emergence of the Internet, the social structure has undergone profound changes. The characteristics of four aspects of the Internet era pose an increasingly serious challenge to traditional decision-making models. The rapid flow of information, traditional broadcasting, newspapers, Television and other media basically belong to one-way communication.
