【摘要】：正罵,指口出惡言和忿詈之語(yǔ),是一種極端的負(fù)面情緒和暴烈態(tài)度的表達(dá)。罵人既失態(tài),也容易失和,造成人與人之間的情緒對(duì)立甚至心理仇恨。因此,一般而言,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)不宜罵人。但是,某種程度上,罵也是愛(ài)憎分明和激濁揚(yáng)清的集中體現(xiàn),是堅(jiān)持正確立場(chǎng)和導(dǎo)向所必需的一種鮮明態(tài)度,運(yùn)用得當(dāng)就是一種高超的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)藝術(shù)和特殊的管理手段。即使是一貫主張溫良恭儉讓、崇尚文質(zhì)彬彬君子之風(fēng)的儒家,也不一概否定罵�？鬃釉凇墩撜Z(yǔ)·里仁》中說(shuō):"唯仁者能好人,能惡人。"孔子不僅很善罵,而且罵得狠。《孟子·梁惠王上》介紹說(shuō),孔子對(duì)于殉葬哪怕是以俑殉葬的惡俗深?lèi)和唇^,曾惡狠狠地罵道:"始作俑者,其
