【摘要】：關(guān)系型決策往往涉及關(guān)系行使人和關(guān)系受益人兩大主體。先前研究很少考察關(guān)系受益人的非關(guān)系因素對(duì)關(guān)系行使人決策結(jié)果的影響。為了彌補(bǔ)這一缺陷,通過(guò)一系列的實(shí)驗(yàn)室實(shí)驗(yàn)來(lái)檢驗(yàn)關(guān)系受益人的績(jī)效水平對(duì)關(guān)系行使人資源分配結(jié)果的影響。四個(gè)組內(nèi)實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)重復(fù)驗(yàn)證了如下結(jié)果:當(dāng)關(guān)系受益人績(jī)效明顯低于同伴時(shí),關(guān)系行使人會(huì)照顧關(guān)系受益人,并做出對(duì)關(guān)系受益人更有利的不公平資源分配;然而,當(dāng)關(guān)系受益人績(jī)效明顯高于同伴的時(shí)候,關(guān)系行使人不會(huì)照顧關(guān)系受益人,并做出更為公平的資源分配。這說(shuō)明只有當(dāng)人們處于明顯劣勢(shì)的時(shí)候,關(guān)系才會(huì)在資源分配過(guò)程中起到一定的補(bǔ)償作用。研究結(jié)果有助于理論界和實(shí)踐界更好地理解關(guān)系型決策過(guò)程。
[Abstract]:Relationship decision often involves two main bodies: the relationship executor and the relationship beneficiary. Previous studies have seldom examined the influence of the non-relational factors of the relationship beneficiary on the decision result of the relationship executor. A series of laboratory experiments were carried out to test the effect of relationship beneficiary's performance level on the result of relationship exercise human resource allocation. The results were repeated in four groups: when the relationship beneficiary's performance was significantly lower than that of their peers, the relationship beneficiary's performance was significantly lower than that of his partner. Relationship exercisers take care of the relationship beneficiaries and make unfair allocation of resources that are more beneficial to the relationship beneficiaries; however, when the relationship beneficiaries' performance is significantly higher than that of their peers, the relationship exercisers do not care for the relationship beneficiaries. And make a more equitable allocation of resources. This means that only when people are at a clear disadvantage, The relationship will play a compensatory role in the process of resource allocation, and the research results will be helpful for the theorists and the practitioners to better understand the relational decision-making process.
