【摘要】：正在當(dāng)前的行政體系中,同級(jí)之間地位均等,相互依存,接觸頻繁,極容易發(fā)生矛盾和沖突,產(chǎn)生"相斥性"。如果協(xié)調(diào)不當(dāng),會(huì)給領(lǐng)導(dǎo)工作和單位發(fā)展帶來(lái)?yè)p失;如果處理得當(dāng),同級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)之間就會(huì)融洽和諧,形成合力,增強(qiáng)工作實(shí)效。因此,探討同級(jí)由"相斥"到"相融"的對(duì)策,具有重要現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。一、同級(jí)相斥的常態(tài)表現(xiàn)同級(jí)之間都有明確的職責(zé)分工,即使有職責(zé)交叉和銜接問(wèn)題,也大多有成文或不成文的規(guī)定,通常都能各司其職,井水不犯河水。但職責(zé)明晰往往也會(huì)強(qiáng)化同級(jí)之間各自的本位意識(shí),大家莫不爭(zhēng)先恐后地去完成自己的

If coordination is improper, it will bring losses to the leadership work and the development of the unit; If properly handled, the leaders at the same level will be harmonious and harmonious, forming a resultant force and enhancing the effectiveness of their work. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to explore the countermeasures of the same level from "exclusion" to "harmony". There is a clear division of duties between peers. Even if there is a problem of overlapping and convergence, most of them have written or unwritten provisions, and are usually able to perform their respective duties. The well water does not invade the river. But the clarity of duties often strengthens the sense of standard between the same level, so we can't compete to complete our own.
