【摘要】:正每位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者都要面對諸多下屬,若只用同一種思路或方法分別與他們進(jìn)行溝通,顯然行不通,唯有"知己知彼",方能"暢通無阻"。富于心機(jī)的下屬是比較難交流的一類人。領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者需要認(rèn)清富于心機(jī)下屬的表象行為,了解這些行為可能會給彼此工作帶來的弊端,分析其潛在動機(jī),然后采取針對性較強(qiáng)的管理手段與措施,創(chuàng)造穩(wěn)定和諧的工作環(huán)境,從而更有效地完成工作任務(wù)。一、識別富于心機(jī)下屬"心機(jī)"一詞本是中性詞,意為
[Abstract]:Every leader has to face a lot of subordinates, if only the same way of thinking or method to communicate with them, obviously will not work. Only "know yourself and know your enemy" can you be "unhindered". People with a lot of heart and mind are more difficult to communicate. Leaders need to recognize the apparent behaviors of well-intentioned subordinates, and understand the disadvantages that these behaviors may bring to each other's work. Analyze its potential motivation, and then take more targeted management means and measures to create a stable and harmonious working environment, so as to achieve more effective work tasks. First, identify that the term "mind machine" is a neutral word.
