【摘要】：基于社會交換、社會學習和調(diào)節(jié)焦點理論分析了倫理型領(lǐng)導力在組織中的傳遞過程,在區(qū)分倫理型領(lǐng)導力"道德個體"和"道德管理者"兩個不同面向影響機制的基礎(chǔ)上,建構(gòu)了一個倫理型領(lǐng)導力傳遞的并行路徑框架;最后,對研究結(jié)論進行了討論并提出了未來研究展望。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of social exchange, social learning and adjustment focus, this paper analyzes the transmission process of ethical leadership in the organization, on the basis of distinguishing two different influencing mechanisms of ethical leadership "moral individual" and "moral manager". A parallel path framework of ethical leadership transfer is constructed. Finally, the research conclusions are discussed and the future research prospects are proposed.
