【摘要】：文章針對現(xiàn)有均值法未考慮偏斜度的不足,結(jié)合多屬性群決策問題,提出一種新的序數(shù)均值組合決策方法�；谄倍鹊男再|(zhì),分析決策者偏斜度偏好對排序的影響;根據(jù)不同決策方式和群體意見集結(jié)步驟,采用6種方法確定方案的初次排序,再利用改進均值法組合初次排序結(jié)果,確定方案最終排序。最后,以供應(yīng)商選擇算例進行說明和應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:In this paper, a new ordinal mean combination decision making method is proposed to solve the problem of multi-attribute group decision making without considering the deflection degree. Based on the property of skew degree, the influence of skew degree preference of decision maker on ranking is analyzed. According to different decision-making methods and group opinion gathering steps, six methods are used to determine the first order of the scheme, and then the improved mean method is used to combine the results of the first order to determine the final ranking of the scheme. Finally, Explain and apply supplier selection examples.
