基于NSGA-Ⅱ的應(yīng)急儲備庫多目標(biāo)選址決策模型及算法研究

【摘要】:應(yīng)急物資儲備庫選址問題是在近年世界災(zāi)害多發(fā)的現(xiàn)實(shí)背景下產(chǎn)生的,根據(jù)具體選址問題特點(diǎn)建立了多目標(biāo)選址決策模型。該模型綜合考慮了兩種災(zāi)害風(fēng)險(xiǎn)下儲備庫的成本費(fèi)用、覆蓋效率以及對重點(diǎn)地區(qū)的備用覆蓋,以使模型更加符合實(shí)際目標(biāo)及約束情況。算法設(shè)計(jì)上,首次采用帶精英策略的非支配排序遺傳算法(Fast and elitist Non-dominated Sorting Genetic AlgorithmⅡ,NSGA-Ⅱ)解決儲備庫多目標(biāo)選址問題,得到了Pareto非劣解分布并同不帶精英策略的常規(guī)NSGA算法下的仿真結(jié)果進(jìn)行對比分析。驗(yàn)證了模型的可行性以及NSGA-Ⅱ在解決儲備庫多目標(biāo)選址問題的有效性。
