【摘要】：正領(lǐng)導(dǎo),是人類社會出現(xiàn)以來就有的一種特殊現(xiàn)象,是組織、社會、國家進(jìn)行有效管理的一項重要職能。20世紀(jì)30年代以來,國內(nèi)外關(guān)于領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的系統(tǒng)的、深入的研究開始出現(xiàn)。目前,國際國內(nèi)形成了不同的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)研究學(xué)派,并取得了豐碩的研究成果,為微觀組織、整個社會乃至國家層面開展科學(xué)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)打下良好的基礎(chǔ)。那么,近5年來國際國內(nèi)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)研究的主題熱點有哪些,研究熱點差異如何?國際國內(nèi)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)研究熱點的演進(jìn)過程與未來趨勢是怎樣的,有何不同?這些問題亟待學(xué)者們進(jìn)行挖掘
[Abstract]:Positive leadership is a special phenomenon that has existed since the emergence of human society. It is an important function of effective management of organization, society and country. Since 30s, the system of leadership has been introduced at home and abroad. At present, different leading research schools have been formed at home and abroad, and fruitful research results have been obtained. The whole society and even the national level carry out the scientific leadership to lay a good foundation. So, in the past five years, what are the hot topics of the international and domestic leadership research, and what are the differences of the research hot spots? What is the difference between the evolution process of international and domestic leadership research hot spots and the future trend? These problems need to be excavated by scholars.
