【摘要】：正面對不斷成熟發(fā)展的服務(wù)型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)理論、交易型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)理論、變革型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)理論、真誠領(lǐng)導(dǎo)理論、道德領(lǐng)導(dǎo)理論、第五級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)理論、賦權(quán)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)理論、精神領(lǐng)導(dǎo)理論、自我犧牲領(lǐng)導(dǎo)理論,學(xué)術(shù)界存在著很多的迷茫與彷徨,不知道究竟哪種理論能夠構(gòu)建領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者的成功優(yōu)勢。有鑒于此,本文旨在通過對國外領(lǐng)導(dǎo)科學(xué)發(fā)展的前沿理論之一—服務(wù)型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)理論進行綜合分析,對未來服務(wù)型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)研究的趨勢做出分析。一、服務(wù)型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的概念和結(jié)構(gòu)服務(wù)型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)是指領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者以本身的道德和責(zé)任為基礎(chǔ),尊重被領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者個體的尊嚴(yán)和價值,關(guān)注被領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者的發(fā)展,挖掘和培育被領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者的能力,充分激發(fā)被領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者
[Abstract]:Facing the continuous development of service-oriented leadership theory, transactional leadership theory, transformational leadership theory, sincere leadership theory, moral leadership theory, the fifth level of leadership theory, empowerment leadership theory, spiritual leadership theory. Self-sacrificing leadership theory, there are a lot of confusion and uncertainty in academia, I do not know which theory can build a leader's success advantage. The purpose of this paper is to make a comprehensive analysis of the future research trend of service-oriented leadership through the comprehensive analysis of the service-oriented leadership theory, which is one of the frontier theories of the scientific development of foreign leaders.
