【摘要】：在經(jīng)濟全球化的時代背景之下,各個國家在國際上科技方面的合作不再只是科學與技術(shù)方面的合作,更是關(guān)系著社會層面上的各種問題。該文通過對國際科技合作機制的研究概述,以及對新型國際科技合作模式與機制的構(gòu)建研究,針對我國在國際科技合作中存在的問題,提出幾點對策,希望為相關(guān)研究工作提供些許參考價值。
[Abstract]:Under the background of economic globalization, the international cooperation in science and technology is not only the cooperation of science and technology, but also related to all kinds of problems on the social level. Based on the summary of the research on the mechanism of international scientific and technological cooperation, as well as the research on the construction of the new mode and mechanism of international scientific and technological cooperation, this paper puts forward some countermeasures in view of the problems existing in our country's international scientific and technological cooperation. Hope to provide some reference value for the relevant research work.
