基于模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)的科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化分析

【摘要】:引入灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度分析方法遴選科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化效果評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),然后利用模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法評(píng)價(jià)2004-2013年期間的科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化效果。結(jié)果顯示,科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化效果總體較好。但也存在發(fā)明專利增長(zhǎng)較緩、科研成果交易活躍度不足等問(wèn)題。對(duì)今后的科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化政策制定提供了有益參考。
[Abstract]:The grey relational degree analysis method is introduced to select the evaluation index for the transformation effect of scientific and technological achievements, and then the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the transformation effect of scientific and technological achievements from 2004 to 2013. The results show that the transformation effect of scientific and technological achievements is good on the whole. However, there are still some problems such as slow growth of invention patents and insufficient activity of scientific research achievements. It provides a useful reference for the policy formulation of scientific and technological achievements transformation in the future.
