【摘要】：隨著籃球訓(xùn)練技術(shù)水平的提高,科學(xué)技術(shù)儼然成為推動(dòng)籃球訓(xùn)練技術(shù)不斷發(fā)展的重要因素之一,籃球用品作為運(yùn)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練的物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ),直接或間接影響到運(yùn)動(dòng)員的訓(xùn)練水平。近年來(lái),國(guó)內(nèi)體育專家學(xué)者對(duì)體育用品專利進(jìn)行了大量的研究,本文在對(duì)中美籃球用品專利文獻(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)上,從專利質(zhì)量的視角,結(jié)合專利計(jì)量法以及構(gòu)建籃球用品專利質(zhì)量指數(shù)評(píng)價(jià)體系,分析兩國(guó)籃球用品專利存在的差異,以期能為我國(guó)體育用品企業(yè)、科研機(jī)構(gòu)專利戰(zhàn)略與研發(fā)提供可參考價(jià)值。結(jié)果顯示:1)我國(guó)在籃球器材發(fā)明專利申請(qǐng)方面起步晚,研發(fā)專利以實(shí)用新型專利為主,發(fā)明專利較少;在國(guó)際上同族專利分布少,技術(shù)關(guān)聯(lián)性弱,發(fā)明人合作網(wǎng)絡(luò)較分散,專利技術(shù)研發(fā)實(shí)力與美國(guó)存在較大差距。2)我國(guó)籃球用品發(fā)明專利質(zhì)量指數(shù)得分為3.951,美國(guó)籃球用品發(fā)明專利質(zhì)量指數(shù)得分為5.504;在籃球用品專利質(zhì)量指數(shù)評(píng)價(jià)體系中,法律層面指數(shù)與專利質(zhì)量指數(shù)高度相關(guān);法律層面指數(shù)中的授權(quán)量、專利授權(quán)率指數(shù)與專利質(zhì)量指數(shù)存在正相關(guān),技術(shù)層面指數(shù)中的被引量指數(shù)與專利質(zhì)量指數(shù)存在正相關(guān)。研究認(rèn)為:1)造成我國(guó)籃球用品發(fā)明專利質(zhì)量指數(shù)低于美國(guó),與專利被引量低,技術(shù)覆蓋量較少,發(fā)明人數(shù)不多,發(fā)明專利量較少有關(guān)。2)人才缺乏、專利技術(shù)之間的交叉融合不足,可能是影響我國(guó)籃球用品專利質(zhì)量不高的重要因素之一。3)我國(guó)在未來(lái)體育用品業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展當(dāng)中,在不斷借鑒美國(guó)籃球用品專利研發(fā)特征的基礎(chǔ)上,應(yīng)努力完善相關(guān)專利法律法規(guī)體系,加大RD投入,加強(qiáng)體育用品專利研發(fā)人才隊(duì)伍的建設(shè)。同時(shí),要重視競(jìng)技體育表現(xiàn)中科技這一重要影響因素,將運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目器材設(shè)備研發(fā)與運(yùn)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練實(shí)踐相結(jié)合加以研究,為促進(jìn)籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供重要的技術(shù)支撐。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of basketball training technology, science and technology has become one of the important factors to promote the continuous development of basketball training technology. Basketball supplies, as the material basis of sports training, directly or indirectly affect the training level of athletes. In recent years, domestic sports experts and scholars have carried out a lot of research on the patent of sports articles. Based on the statistics of patent documents of basketball articles in China and America, from the perspective of patent quality, Based on the patent metrology method and the evaluation system of basketball products patent quality index, this paper analyzes the differences between the two countries in the patent of basketball supplies, in order to provide reference value for the patent strategy and R & D of sports goods enterprises and scientific research institutions in China. The results show that China started late in the application for basketball equipment invention patent, the research and development patent is mainly utility model patent, and the invention patent is less; in the world, the distribution of the same kind of patent is less, the technical correlation is weak, and the inventor cooperation network is scattered. There is a big gap between the R & D strength of patent technology and the United States. 2) the score of patent quality index of basketball articles invention in China is 3.951, and the score of patent quality index of American basketball supplies invention is 5.504.In the evaluation system of patent quality index of basketball supplies, The legal level index is highly correlated with the patent quality index, and the licensing quantity, patent license rate index and patent quality index in the legal level index are positively correlated with the patent quality index, and the cited quantity index in the technical level index is positively correlated with the patent quality index. The study shows that the quality index of basketball invention patent in China is lower than that in the United States, which is related to the low number of patents cited, the small amount of technical coverage, the small number of inventions, and the small amount of invention patents. The lack of cross-integration between patent technologies may be one of the important factors that affect the quality of basketball products patent in China.) China is in the process of the transformation and development of the sports goods industry in the future. On the basis of drawing lessons from the characteristics of patent research and development of basketball supplies in the United States, we should try our best to perfect the system of patent laws and regulations, increase the input of RD, and strengthen the construction of talent team of patent R & D for sports goods. At the same time, it is necessary to attach importance to the important factor of science and technology in the performance of competitive sports, to combine the research and development of sports equipment and equipment with the practice of sports training, to provide important technical support for promoting the sustainable development of basketball.
