平臺(tái)型高技術(shù)研究機(jī)構(gòu)的組織模式及運(yùn)行機(jī)制研究

【摘要】:研發(fā)與產(chǎn)業(yè)化新型關(guān)系正在形成,平臺(tái)型高技術(shù)研究機(jī)構(gòu)應(yīng)運(yùn)而生;趯W(xué)科領(lǐng)域、需求來(lái)源、互動(dòng)機(jī)制,提煉出平臺(tái)型高技術(shù)研究機(jī)構(gòu)的理論框架,其學(xué)科領(lǐng)域處于新巴斯德象限,需求來(lái)源結(jié)合政府和市場(chǎng)需要,互動(dòng)機(jī)制網(wǎng)絡(luò)化、集群化,并利用美國(guó)制造業(yè)創(chuàng)新研究所、中科院蘇州納米所進(jìn)行了案例分析。平臺(tái)型高技術(shù)研究機(jī)構(gòu)代表了新型的科研機(jī)構(gòu)組織模式與運(yùn)行機(jī)制,是我國(guó)科研院所轉(zhuǎn)型的重要方向。
[Abstract]:A new relationship between R & D and industrialization is being formed, and platform-based high-tech research institutions emerge as the times require. Based on the academic field, demand source, interactive mechanism, the theoretical framework of the platform high-tech research institution is refined. The subject field is in the new Pasteur quadrant, the demand source combines the government and market needs, the interactive mechanism is networked, and the cluster. A case study was carried out using the American Institute of Manufacturing Innovation and Suzhou Nano-Institute of Chinese Academy of Sciences. The platform-based high-tech research institution represents a new type of organization mode and operation mechanism of scientific research institutions, which is an important direction in the transformation of our country's scientific research institutes.
