學(xué)科團(tuán)隊(duì)競爭力分析與評(píng)價(jià)實(shí)證研究
[Abstract]:With the progress of science and technology, the contribution of science and technology to social and economic development is increasing, the trend of differentiation and integration of science and technology is strengthening, and scientific and technological research is increasingly emphasizing team cooperation and collective wisdom. The main force of tackling key problems in science and technology is to meet the requirements of the development of science and technology in the era of knowledge economy. However, discovering and mining the scientific research teams and their scientific research outputs have become the focus of scientific researchers'attention. Econometric methods, social network analysis methods, data mining methods and statistical analysis methods have been proposed to analyze and evaluate the competitiveness of discipline teams in scientific research institutes and colleges. This research work includes the definition of discipline team members, the discovery of discipline team members and their scientific research outputs. Finally, the effectiveness of the method is verified by the application examples. The main work includes:
Aiming at the problem of how to determine the members of a discipline team, this paper puts forward a criterion for judging the members of a discipline team based on scientific and technological literature and social network knowledge, and objectively determines the members of a target discipline team and the members of a competing discipline team according to the criterion, so as to make the object of competitiveness analysis more objective, more accurate and more accurate. Reasonable and more contrast.
Aiming at the difficulty of collecting information such as co-authors and their published papers, a domain expert navigation platform based on Mediawiki is designed and implemented with the help of existing mature tools and data mining technology. The platform is used to collect data from authoritative third-party databases with the names and units of subject team members as retrieval conditions. Through the steps of data cleaning, data analysis and merging, the scientific and technological literature of subject team members is automatically collected, and the cooperative author network is automatically generated. Through the scientific and technological literature and cooperative network, the information mining of deep-level subject team members and their scientific research output is realized.
Aiming at the problem of how to analyze and evaluate the competitiveness of discipline teams, this paper puts forward the evaluation index system and principal component analysis evaluation model of competitiveness in three latitudes of scientific research productivity, scientific research influence and scientific research development based on scientific and technological literature. Through the advantages of objective weighting and other advantages of the model, the target discipline teams and their comparison are realized. Analysis and evaluation of the competitiveness of disciplinary teams.
According to the applicability requirement of the research results, an application example is given to illustrate the process from the determination of subject leaders to the generation of cooperative network diagram, to the final determination of subject teams, and finally to the analysis and evaluation of the target subject teams and the comparative subject teams. The empirical results are in line with the actual situation and the subject of the method is demonstrated. Learning and effectiveness.
Finally, the extensible and extensible work is further prospected, which provides useful ideas and methods for improving the analysis and evaluation methods of discipline team competitiveness.
