【摘要】：當(dāng)今社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展日新月異，科學(xué)技術(shù)已經(jīng)成為經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的重要源泉之一，為經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)做出巨大的貢獻(xiàn)。世界各國之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)焦點(diǎn)在于科技，由于各種因素的影響，改革開放以后我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展迅速，與此同時(shí)也出現(xiàn)了很多不和諧的局面----90年代以來，“東強(qiáng)西弱”的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展局面表現(xiàn)的越來越明顯。促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)快速增長(zhǎng)，實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)方式的轉(zhuǎn)變是當(dāng)今世界的重要任務(wù)，，而通過科技創(chuàng)新加快我國各地經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)是重要的方式之一。 科技創(chuàng)新已經(jīng)成為區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的重要?jiǎng)恿蜎Q定因素之一，引起了社會(huì)各界人士的廣泛關(guān)注及激烈討論。關(guān)于科技創(chuàng)新與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)之間關(guān)系的研究有很多，但是通過實(shí)證研究的數(shù)量有限。本文通過對(duì)國內(nèi)、外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的梳理，發(fā)揮統(tǒng)計(jì)分析方法的優(yōu)勢(shì)，采用SFA模型通過建立模型的方式，對(duì)影響我國沿海各省科技創(chuàng)新能力的各因素進(jìn)行了研究，具有可操作性和實(shí)際的指導(dǎo)意義，有重要的實(shí)際價(jià)值和理論價(jià)值。研究的同時(shí)結(jié)合當(dāng)前國家的大政方針進(jìn)行了相應(yīng)的研究分析，得出科技創(chuàng)新的必要性。最后根據(jù)分析結(jié)果提出對(duì)策建議，找出更適合沿海各省經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的方法對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, with the rapid development of social economy, science and technology have become one of the important sources of economic growth, and have made great contributions to economic growth. The focus of competition among countries in the world lies in science and technology. Due to the influence of various factors, China's economy has developed rapidly after the reform and opening up. At the same time, there have also been a lot of disharmonious situations since the 1990s. The economic development situation of "east strong west weak" is more and more obvious. It is an important task of the world to promote the rapid economic growth and realize the transformation of the economic mode, and it is one of the important ways to accelerate the economic growth in various parts of our country through the scientific and technological innovation. Scientific and technological innovation has become one of the important driving forces and determinants of regional economic growth, which has aroused widespread concern and heated discussion among people from all walks of life. There are many researches on the relationship between scientific and technological innovation and economic growth, but the number of empirical studies is limited. In this paper, by combing the domestic and foreign literature, giving play to the advantage of statistical analysis method, using SFA model through the establishment of the model, the factors that affect the scientific and technological innovation ability of coastal provinces in China are studied. It has practical and practical guiding significance, and has important practical and theoretical value. At the same time, combining with the current national policy, the author analyzes the necessity of scientific and technological innovation. Finally, according to the results of the analysis, the countermeasures are put forward to find out the methods and countermeasures that are more suitable for the economic development of the coastal provinces.
