【摘要】：工業(yè)技術(shù)的不斷的變革,使得技術(shù)在當(dāng)前時(shí)期的重要性在一直提升。技術(shù)對(duì)生活產(chǎn)生積極影響的同時(shí),眾多問(wèn)題也逐漸暴露�！凹夹g(shù)是否具有自主性?”這個(gè)問(wèn)題也逐漸引起重視,進(jìn)而思考。技術(shù)自主論的觀點(diǎn)認(rèn)為答案是肯定的。技術(shù)自主論的觀點(diǎn),主要也就是埃呂爾和溫納的技術(shù)自主論思想。埃呂爾的技術(shù)自主性思想最終還是落在技術(shù)與人的關(guān)系問(wèn)題,是通過(guò)技術(shù)與社會(huì)諸因素表現(xiàn)的,大概可以闡述為技術(shù)系統(tǒng)的自增性,技術(shù)前進(jìn)的自動(dòng)性和技術(shù)發(fā)展的無(wú)目標(biāo)性。溫納的技術(shù)革命和反向適應(yīng)這兩個(gè)概念就是對(duì)埃呂爾的技術(shù)自主性思想的發(fā)展。他們認(rèn)為技術(shù)是獨(dú)立的,并且自我推進(jìn)我、自我擴(kuò)展,超出人的控制;認(rèn)為技術(shù)的發(fā)展僅受到其內(nèi)在邏輯的影響,一旦人類發(fā)展到技術(shù)社會(huì),那么它就決定人類存在狀況和社會(huì)狀況。
[Abstract]:With the constant change of industrial technology, the importance of technology in the present period has been raised. Technology has a positive impact on life, at the same time, many problems are gradually exposed. "is technology autonomous?" This question also causes the attention gradually, then ponders. In the view of technological autonomy, the answer is yes. The viewpoint of technological autonomy, that is, Eliel and Winner's ideas of technological autonomy. Eluer's thought of technological autonomy ultimately falls to the question of the relationship between technology and human being, which is expressed by various factors of technology and society. It may be described as the self-increasing of technological system, the automatism of technological progress and the aimless nature of technological development. Winner's two concepts of technological revolution and reverse adaptation are the development of Eliel's thought of technological autonomy. They think that technology is independent and self-advancing, self-expanding, beyond human control; that the development of technology is only influenced by its internal logic, and that once mankind develops into a technological society, It then determines the state of human existence and social conditions.
