【摘要】:隨著21世紀的到來,知識和各類高科技是決定時代引領(lǐng)世界的關(guān)鍵。各國家也都致力于投入科技研發(fā),而單純的科技研發(fā)并不能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)經(jīng)濟的增長,如何將科學研發(fā)的成果轉(zhuǎn)化為現(xiàn)實生產(chǎn)力,通過技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)化創(chuàng)造商業(yè)價值才是經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的決定性因素。技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)化成為了關(guān)鍵。隨著技術(shù)市場的飛速前進,技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)化人才的人才供給成為了關(guān)鍵的問題。如何技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)化人才的培養(yǎng)成為了亟待關(guān)注的熱點。本文致力于研究如何基于中國國情進行技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)化人才培養(yǎng),本文通過文獻分析、案例研究以及訪談等方法,借鑒國外的先進經(jīng)驗,對國內(nèi)的優(yōu)秀技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)化人才進行訪談總結(jié),得出與技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)化人才培養(yǎng)的相關(guān)政策建議。本文建議設(shè)立技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)化專業(yè)碩士學位,建議建立網(wǎng)狀結(jié)構(gòu),政府、機構(gòu)和高校通力合作培養(yǎng)技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)化人才,建議設(shè)立多種模式的技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)化人才培養(yǎng)方案,提升技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)化工作準入門檻,健全技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)化資格認證。本文旨在通過以上的建議和方法,致力于研究技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)化人才的培養(yǎng)。
[Abstract]:With the coming of 21 st century, knowledge and all kinds of high-tech are the key to lead the world. All countries are also committed to investing in scientific and technological research and development, and scientific and technological research and development alone cannot achieve economic growth. How to translate the achievements of scientific research and development into real productivity, Creating commercial value through technological transformation is the decisive factor of economic development. Technology has become the key. With the rapid development of the technology market, the supply of talents has become a key problem. How to train the talents of technology transformation has become a hot spot to be paid close attention to. This paper is devoted to studying how to train the talents of technology transformation based on China's national conditions. Through the methods of literature analysis, case study and interview, this paper makes an interview and summary of the outstanding technical transformation talents in China by using the advanced experience of foreign countries for reference. Draw the relevant policy recommendations related to the cultivation of technical transformation talents. This paper suggests the establishment of a master's degree in technology transformation, the establishment of a network structure, the cooperation of the government, institutions and universities in the training of technical transformation talents, and the establishment of various models of technology transformation talents training programs. Raise the entry threshold for technology transformation and improve the qualification certification for technology transformation. The purpose of this paper is to study the cultivation of technical transformation talents through the above suggestions and methods.
