【摘要】：本文研究的目的是在相關(guān)理論的基礎(chǔ)上，分析了河北省科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化現(xiàn)狀，運(yùn)用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度法和數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析方法從絕對和相對兩方面對河北省科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化對經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的影響進(jìn)行了定量分析，并找出其問題所在，從而提出相應(yīng)的解決對策，為河北省科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化提供可靠的指導(dǎo)性意見，促進(jìn)河北省經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。 首先，對科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行介紹，闡述了科技成果的概念和分類、科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化的概念和形式、理論基礎(chǔ)和轉(zhuǎn)化過程，還介紹了本文采用的定量研究方法——灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度法和數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析方法，為進(jìn)一步分析河北省科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化對經(jīng)濟(jì)影響做好了必要的鋪墊。 其次，從河北省科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化的資源投入、科技成果產(chǎn)出、科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化和科技中介服務(wù)體系情況入手，分析河北省科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化的現(xiàn)狀，從中揭示河北省科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化中存在的問題，并深入分析了存在問題的原因。 再次，運(yùn)用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度法和數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析方法對河北省科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化對經(jīng)濟(jì)增長影響的絕對值和相對值進(jìn)行分析，，綜合、全面的評價河北省科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化水平，為促進(jìn)河北省科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化對經(jīng)濟(jì)的良好發(fā)展提供了依據(jù)。 最后，結(jié)合河北省科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化對經(jīng)濟(jì)增長影響的綜合分析結(jié)果，針對河北省科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化中存在的問題，提出相應(yīng)的提高河北省科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化水平的解決對策。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this paper is to analyze the status quo of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Hebei Province on the basis of relevant theories. By using the method of grey correlation degree and data envelopment analysis, this paper makes quantitative analysis on the impact of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements on economic growth in Hebei Province from both absolute and relative aspects, and finds out the problems, and puts forward corresponding solutions. To provide reliable guidance for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Hebei Province, and promote sustainable economic development in Hebei Province. First of all, the related theories of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements are introduced, the concept and classification of scientific and technological achievements, the concepts and forms of transformation of scientific and technological achievements, the theoretical basis and the process of transformation are expounded. The paper also introduces the quantitative research methods, grey correlation degree method and data envelopment analysis method, which is necessary for further analysis of the economic impact of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Hebei Province. Secondly, starting with the input of resources, the output of scientific and technological achievements, the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and the system of scientific and technological intermediary services in Hebei Province, the current situation of transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Hebei Province is analyzed. The problems existing in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Hebei Province are revealed, and the causes of the problems are analyzed in depth. Thirdly, using grey correlation degree method and data envelopment analysis method to analyze the absolute value and relative value of the impact of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements on economic growth in Hebei Province, and comprehensively evaluate the level of transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Hebei Province. In order to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Hebei Province to provide a basis for good economic development. Finally, according to the results of comprehensive analysis of the impact of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements on the economic growth in Hebei Province, and in view of the problems existing in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Hebei Province, the corresponding countermeasures to improve the level of transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Hebei Province are put forward.
