【摘要】：科技計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目變更是項(xiàng)目過程管理的重要內(nèi)容之一�，F(xiàn)階段,各級(jí)科技主管部門對(duì)科技計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目變更都有相關(guān)的規(guī)定,但方向性較強(qiáng),對(duì)具體內(nèi)容和流程規(guī)定較粗,甚至存在一些管理空白。在調(diào)研分析主要省級(jí)科技主管部門科技計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目變更管理規(guī)定基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合項(xiàng)目變更信息化管理中遇到的問題,給出做好科技計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目變更管理信息化工作的意見和建議。
[Abstract]:The project change of science and technology plan is one of the important contents of project process management. At the present stage, the competent departments of science and technology at all levels have relevant regulations on the changes of scientific and technological projects, but they have strong directionality, coarse provisions on specific contents and processes, and even some management gaps. Based on the investigation and analysis of the regulations on the change management of the scientific and technological plan project in the main provincial departments of science and technology, and the problems encountered in the information management of the project change, the paper puts forward the opinions and suggestions on how to do well the information work of the change management of the science and technology plan project.
