基于合作專(zhuān)利的中國(guó)產(chǎn)學(xué)研協(xié)同創(chuàng)新合作網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)與演化

【摘要】:在過(guò)去的30年里,我國(guó)產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作得到了迅速發(fā)展,引起了眾多學(xué)者的關(guān)注。不同學(xué)者嘗試從不同角度對(duì)我國(guó)產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作進(jìn)行研究,主要集中在合作模式、合作關(guān)系模型、合作效率等方面。近年來(lái),隨著產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作的規(guī)模的逐漸擴(kuò)大,很多學(xué)者將目光集中于產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作關(guān)系的本質(zhì)——網(wǎng)絡(luò),開(kāi)始對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的結(jié)構(gòu)及演化進(jìn)行研究,對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)的研究不僅可以發(fā)現(xiàn)我國(guó)產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作中的問(wèn)題,提升我國(guó)產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作的績(jī)效,也為我國(guó)產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作發(fā)展的決策提供支撐。本文利用產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作專(zhuān)利構(gòu)建產(chǎn)學(xué)研協(xié)同創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)。專(zhuān)利作為產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作的產(chǎn)出不僅可以有效刻畫(huà)產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作中各主體的關(guān)系,還可以有效反映出我國(guó)產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作產(chǎn)出的變化規(guī)律。故而,本文基于中國(guó)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)網(wǎng)(CNIPR)的專(zhuān)利數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)內(nèi)所有產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作專(zhuān)利,運(yùn)用復(fù)雜網(wǎng)絡(luò)理論分析方法,搭建產(chǎn)學(xué)研協(xié)同創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)測(cè)度的分析框架,在此框架下對(duì)產(chǎn)學(xué)研協(xié)同創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行分析,最后,對(duì)產(chǎn)學(xué)研協(xié)同創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)的時(shí)間和空間演化進(jìn)行研究,并繪制演化圖譜。通過(guò)對(duì)產(chǎn)學(xué)研協(xié)同創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)的結(jié)構(gòu)與演化研究發(fā)現(xiàn):(1)我國(guó)產(chǎn)學(xué)研協(xié)同創(chuàng)新拓?fù)渚W(wǎng)絡(luò)和權(quán)重網(wǎng)絡(luò)表現(xiàn)出相同的結(jié)構(gòu)特征;(2)我國(guó)產(chǎn)學(xué)研協(xié)同創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)呈現(xiàn)明顯的階段性特征;(3)我國(guó)產(chǎn)學(xué)研網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間演化由“單核結(jié)構(gòu)”向“三核結(jié)構(gòu)”發(fā)展�;诖私Y(jié)論得到如下啟示:(1)高新技術(shù)企業(yè)的迅速發(fā)展有望為我國(guó)產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作注入新的活力;(2)優(yōu)化資源配置,打破產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作壁壘,幫助弱勢(shì)個(gè)體開(kāi)展產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作;(3)擴(kuò)大核心城市的輻射“功率”,帶動(dòng)周?chē)纬蓞^(qū)域創(chuàng)新合力。另外,本文搭建的協(xié)同創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析框架主要基于復(fù)雜網(wǎng)絡(luò)理論,未能兼顧社會(huì)學(xué)視角下的網(wǎng)絡(luò)測(cè)度理論,使得框架結(jié)構(gòu)有進(jìn)一步改進(jìn)空間;本文對(duì)專(zhuān)利數(shù)據(jù)的描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)仍不夠細(xì)致,在文章中沒(méi)有進(jìn)一步深入研究中科院體系內(nèi)部的科研院所在產(chǎn)學(xué)研協(xié)同創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的地位,對(duì)現(xiàn)有的描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)也缺乏深入挖掘;此外,針對(duì)時(shí)空演化的分析僅分析了演化結(jié)果,而忽略了演化路徑,故而本研究仍存在不足之處。
[Abstract]:In the past 30 years, my domestic research and research cooperation has been developing rapidly, which has aroused the attention of many scholars. Different scholars have tried to study the cooperation of China's domestic research and research from different angles, mainly focusing on the cooperation model, the model of cooperation relationship and the efficiency of cooperation. In recent years, with the expansion of the scale of the cooperation between production, learning and research, many studies have been made. The study of the structure and evolution of the network is focused on the nature of the cooperative relationship between production, learning and research, the network, the structure and evolution of the network. The study of the structure can not only find the problems in the cooperation of China's domestic research and research, improve the performance of our domestic research and research cooperation, but also provide support for the decision-making of China's domestic research and research cooperation development. The patent is a collaborative innovation network of production, learning and research. As the output of the cooperation between the industry and Research Institute, the patent can not only effectively depict the relationship between the various subjects in the cooperation of the University and Research Institute, but also can effectively reflect the changing law of the cooperation output of China's domestic research and research. Therefore, this article is based on all the patents in the patent database of China's intellectual property network (CNIPR). By using the complex network theory analysis method, we build an analytical framework for the measurement of the collaborative innovation network structure of industry and research and research. Under this framework, it analyzes the network structure of the cooperative innovation network. Finally, it studies the time and space evolution of the collaborative innovation network of industry and research and research, and draws the evolution map. The study of structure and evolution has found that: (1) the cooperative innovation topology network and the weight network of our domestic research institute have shown the same structural characteristics; (2) the collaborative innovation network of China's domestic research research collaborative innovation network presents obvious phase characteristics; (3) the evolution of China's domestic research and research network space evolution from "single core structure" to "three nuclear structure". (1) the rapid development of high and new technology enterprises is expected to inject new vitality into our domestic research and research cooperation; (2) optimize the allocation of resources, break up the barrier of cooperation and research cooperation, and help the vulnerable individuals to carry out the cooperation of production, school and research; (3) expand the radiation "power" of the core cities, and promote the formation of regional innovation joint force in the surrounding area. In addition, the collaborative innovation network built in this paper The analysis framework is mainly based on the complex network theory, which fails to take into account the theory of network measurement under the sociological perspective, and makes the frame structure further improve the space. The descriptive statistics of the patent data are still not careful. In this article, there is no further research on the collaborative innovation network of the research institutes in the CAS system. The status of the existing descriptive statistics is also lacking in depth. In addition, the analysis of temporal and spatial evolution only analyzes the evolution results, but neglects the evolutionary path. Therefore, there are still shortcomings in this study.
