【摘要】：21世紀(jì)是科學(xué)技術(shù)飛速發(fā)展的時(shí)代,科學(xué)技術(shù)不斷轉(zhuǎn)化為社會生產(chǎn)力,極大地推動了人類社會的歷史發(fā)展,使科學(xué)技術(shù)成為人類社會關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。因此,江澤民科學(xué)技術(shù)普及思想的提出,不僅是對當(dāng)代人類社會科學(xué)技術(shù)發(fā)展問題的時(shí)代反思,更是對我國社會科學(xué)技術(shù)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實(shí)思考。然而,關(guān)于江澤民科學(xué)技術(shù)普及思想的研究,我國學(xué)者并沒有對其進(jìn)行深入的理論思考,對這一思想的理解造成了不同程度的誤解和曲解,其主要表現(xiàn)在,大多數(shù)學(xué)者僅僅停留在對科技普及概念的研究,或者更多地研究江澤民的科學(xué)技術(shù)思想,很少有人從整體性的角度來研究江澤民的科技普及思想。因此,系統(tǒng)而全面地研究江澤民的科技普及思想,在科學(xué)技術(shù)是人類社會發(fā)展動力的當(dāng)今時(shí)代,尤其是在以宣揚(yáng)科學(xué)精神的科技普及實(shí)踐活動的環(huán)境下,既提高了國民的科學(xué)文化素質(zhì),又促進(jìn)了我國科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展與創(chuàng)新的時(shí)代,具有重大的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義和歷史意義。 本文探討從四個層次展開： (一)主要探討江澤民科技普及的概念及江澤民科學(xué)技術(shù)普及思想研究的意義,通過對學(xué)界關(guān)于江澤民科技普及概念的分析,提出了科學(xué)而全面的科技普及概念。 (二)主要探討江澤民科技普及思想形成的條件,從理論角度來講,江澤民科學(xué)技術(shù)普及思想的提出,是對毛澤東和鄧小平科技普及思想理論的繼承與創(chuàng)新,從現(xiàn)實(shí)的角度來講,江澤民科技普及思想的形成,存在著一個自我完善的過程,其經(jīng)歷了萌芽、發(fā)展、完善到成熟的過程。 (三)重點(diǎn)探討江澤民科技普及思想的主要內(nèi)容,在這一部分主要從四個方面對江澤民科技普及思想進(jìn)行了梳理總結(jié),即科技普及的重要性、科技普及的主要方面、科技普及的對象及其環(huán)境四個方面。 (四)主要探討江澤民科技普及思想的理論意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。理論意義主要是從繼承與發(fā)展角度進(jìn)行展開闡述；而現(xiàn)實(shí)意義是從對我國政治經(jīng)濟(jì)文化社會的發(fā)展和科技的進(jìn)步方面論述。除此,還將江澤民的科技普及思想與我國現(xiàn)階段的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略相結(jié)合,以此為我國的發(fā)展提供理論指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:21th century is the era of rapid development of science and technology. Science and technology are constantly transformed into social productive forces, which greatly promote the historical development of human society and make science and technology become the focus of attention of human society. Jiang Zemin's idea of popularizing science and technology is not only a reflection on the development of science and technology in contemporary human society, but also a realistic reflection on the development of science and technology in China. With regard to the study of Jiang Zemin's thought of popularizing science and technology, Chinese scholars have not carried out in-depth theoretical thinking on it. The understanding of this thought has resulted in misunderstanding and misinterpretation to varying degrees, which is mainly manifested in, Most scholars only focus on the concept of popularization of science and technology, or more on Jiang Zemin's ideas of science and technology, and very few people study the idea of science and technology popularization of Jiang Zemin from a holistic point of view. A systematic and comprehensive study of Jiang Zemin's idea of popularizing science and technology is in an era when science and technology are the driving force for the development of human society, especially in the context of the practice of popularizing science and technology in order to promote the scientific spirit. It not only improves the scientific and cultural quality of the people, but also promotes the development and innovation of science and technology in China, which is of great practical and historical significance. This paper explores the following four levels:. (1) this paper mainly discusses the concept of Jiang Zemin's popularization of science and technology and the significance of the study of Jiang Zemin's thought of popularizing science and technology, and puts forward the concept of scientific and comprehensive popularization of science and technology through the analysis of academic circles' concept on the popularization of science and technology. (2) this paper mainly discusses the conditions for the formation of Jiang Zemin's ideology of popularization of science and technology. From a theoretical point of view, the proposition of the idea of the popularization of science and technology of Jiang Zemin is an inheritance and innovation of the theory of popularization of science and technology of Mao Zedong and Mao Zedong. From a realistic point of view, the formation of Jiang Zemin's thought of popularizing science and technology is a process of self-perfection, which has experienced the process of germination, development and perfection to maturity. (3) focusing on the main contents of Jiang Zemin's thought of popularizing science and technology. In this part, the author summarizes the ideas of the popularization of science and technology in four aspects, namely, the importance of popularization of science and technology, and the main aspects of popularization of science and technology. The object and environment of the popularization of science and technology. (4) it mainly discusses the theoretical and practical significance of Jiang Zemin's thought of popularizing science and technology. The theoretical significance is mainly expounded from the angle of inheritance and development; The practical significance is to discuss the development of political economy, culture and society and the progress of science and technology in our country. In addition, Jiang Zemin's thought of popularizing science and technology is combined with the development strategy of our country at the present stage, so as to provide theoretical guidance for the development of our country.
